PNCH is a fitness and training app. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or emergency service.

• Fitness profile data: goal, workout experience, preferred unit system, height, weight, birthday or age-related information, gender, and workouts per week.
• Workout activity: selected workouts, workout progress, completed workouts, app settings, and premium access status.
• Purchase and subscription data: product identifiers, price and currency information, purchase date, expiration date, renewal or trial status, and purchase provider identifiers. Purchases may be processed through Apple, an authorized alternative marketplace, Apphud, or related payment infrastructure.
• Device and usage data: app events, app version, device model, operating system, locale, country, device identifiers such as IDFV, analytics identifiers, and advertising identifiers where permitted by your device settings and applicable consent requirements.
• Support data: your email address, message content, and optional diagnostic attachment data such as device model, system version, locale, country, PNCH user ID, Apphud user ID, and AppMetrica device ID.
• Website data: basic server logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and referrer information, if collected by our hosting provider.

4. How We Collect Data

We collect data:

• Directly from you when you answer onboarding questions, change settings, make a purchase, or contact us.
• Automatically from the app, device, marketplace, analytics SDKs, attribution SDKs, and our servers.
• From third-party platforms involved in app distribution, purchases, analytics, attribution, and support.

5. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to:

• Provide and personalize workout plans, exercises, and premium features.
• Process, validate, restore, and manage subscriptions and purchases.
• Improve app performance, content, onboarding, paywalls, and user experience.

• Protect PNCH, prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Legal Bases

• Apple App Store, StoreKit, and authorized alternative marketplaces for app distribution and purchases.
• Apphud for subscription management and entitlement validation.
• Firebase / Google Analytics, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Yandex AppMetrica, and Meta / Facebook SDK for analytics, attribution, and app event measurement.
• Hosting, cloud, diagnostics, email, legal, accounting, and security providers.

These providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

8. International Transfers

PNCH is operated from the United Arab Emirates, while our service providers may process data in other countries. When data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards where required by applicable law.

9. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the app, maintaining subscription records, resolving support issues, complying with law, and protecting our rights.

Fitness profile and app settings may remain on your device until you reset the app, delete the data, or uninstall PNCH. Analytics and purchase records are retained according to our operational needs and the retention settings of the relevant service providers.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live and which law applies, including UAE personal data protection principles, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, transfer, restrict, stop, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
